I would say that my experience at AEVEX has been great so far! I have been here for 4.5 months and I have gained a lot of responsibility and I have also learned things that will help me with my career. I am most satisfied with how my manager and co-workers treat me.

My overall experience has been very good. There is a lot of opportunity for advancement/making and impact, I am recognized for my hard work and get paid fairly. I also like my coworkers.

My immediate team is phenomenal. Finance and Accounting are have very sharp personnel who know how to do things properly. Our personalities also get along.

What I like best about the leadership team is that they are always driven to growing the company and improving. They also do a good job at recognizing hard workers.
