Generally good. The only thing that can be improved is the holding on to legacy mentalities. This, however, is to be expected while companies are making the transition that AEVEX is currently undertaking.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
My experience at this company is more positive than not. Interacting with others, I see some negativity and dbl standards which causes rifts between employees and their supervisors in other departments which is disconcerting. The company is going through growing pains and some choose to fight that

Annual cost of living increase. Minimally to compete with inflation.

They are willing to help and provide assistance as needed without question.

What makes me most happy at work is interacting with other employees.

For the most part, the teamwork aspect. The team seems to be generally optimistic.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is nothing wrong in particular. I would rather be home with my family.

My direct manager is genuinely concerned about the wellbeing and improvement of the team. It is a rare trait in leadership.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The group works well with each other and are open to teaching and learning. Constructive criticism is welcomed. The general attitude is positive.
