Despite the pay discrepancy for the amount of responsibility I have and the amount of work I do, I enjoy working here and learning as much as I can from the more experienced individuals. I have pride in the product I send out and the people I work with.

They care about the product we put out, and keep the values of Aevex in mind when decision making.

It's clear that the leadership team has big plans for the company and the direction they are taking it
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do quite a bit of work for someone not being paid the legal minimum for a manufacturing job.

There is a general feeling of helpfulness and comradery between the technicians, with everyone being more than willing to give a hand to a coworker.

We all work hard, mesh well together, and are willing to learn for each other and lend a helping hand when we see someone in need of assistance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am given more and more responsibility and not enough resources or tools to support the quality of work expected. I am underpaid for the position I hold and the responsibilities I have taken on.
