Really enjoy the challenge of creating and growing our company. It is frustrating that the care factor isn't always there with your coworkers, but I believe every company fights that. Learning their approach and views on how to perform industry tasks. Most co-workers are collaborative and want to improve
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We look to continuously improve and embrace accountability. It is very different than other places where I have worked and that environment was not welcomed or avoided
What makes you most happy at work?
The challenge to improve, standardize, and grow our team. We are a young company and it feels like we are in the middle of shaping and creating our future success. It is difficult, but very rewarding.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We understand the challenge to rate every individually and try to setup a generalized pay structure, but people contribute differently and it would be better to have pay "riders" or other mechanisms to advance compensation when key contribution applies.
