Overall my experience with the company is positive, I look forward to bringing what I have to offer to the table and helping the company advance. The only bad thing about my experience so far is the older employees taking advantage of the company any my supervisor and management.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It is good except for the dead weight employees, and you never know how long the contract will last.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The guys who actually do the work get along.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comparable companies tend to have a way higher pay.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The lack of work with the older employees, they can retire or find other work.
What makes you most happy at work?
I look to the future and what I am able to bring to the table for future progress.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My first line managers are great, but when it comes to any of the upper management you are just a number.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health benefits are not expensive. I was given many options when it was time for me to choose what I needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My leadership team is great. Communication actually flows unlike companies I have worked for. I am asked questions in my field of expertise and my input is valued.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are a bunch or coworkers that just show up to work for a paycheck, doing minimal work because they have been with the company awhile. They tend to push all work on younger employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The genuine approach that they take to let you know you are part of a team. When my father passed the leadership actually reached out and let me know that they actually cared about my well being.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are some that have been with the company a long time and are stuck in their old ways and do not want to change with the times. They take advantage of the company and take advantage of new employees. They are wasting company money by just being here.
