Getting to make an impact in my work environment, and interacting with my coworkers

Highly experienced, highly motivated, good people, and they make me look forward to going to work

I'm an Army Reservist, and my company has military leave hours, which is a huge benefit for me

I can go to them with concerns or questions, and they're always willing to work with me and find solutions to problems

I like the flexibility of my schedule. I can use holiday hours throughout the year, and take time off when I need to. It is way more flexible than my last job
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I just left a career in the active military. The difference between leadership styles is night and day. My leadership team with Aevex cares about my well-being at work, and actively took measures to ensure I was seamlessly integrated into the team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a lot to take in when you first get started at work. The other employees made it clear that it is ok to ask questions and admit when you don't know something. It is more of a coaching environment as compared to a managerial environment
