Great products and the employees are hard workers that want to get things done. Senior leadership seems to be lost and do not communicate. We need better short term planning and better listening to the experts they hire.

They work hard and they all agree with the company mission. We work hard to get the mission done.

Leadership team is communicating with the employees company gains and struggles as well as changes required. They paint the picture they are looking for.

Team has a great culture of empowering each other to complete the work and tasks and the office environment allows us to do our jobs.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication on what is coming and expectations. We seem to only communicate achievements after they happen and then furlongs. Those are the only times we have communications from top leadership.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Better communication and better short term planning. Currently we seem to work on a project and then let people go while we get more material for the new orders and then we are rushed because we have no people to build the product. By the time we hire the people, we let them go again because that
