I have one major improvement that should be implemented. Sick time for ALL employees. Just have a preset bank of 40-80 hours that reset every year on your hire date. And you get to use it in place of your hard working acrued PTO. Feels like a punishment to have to use PTO when sick.

My overall experience is quite good although there have been some serious mis-steps with upper management in how some programs timelines have been handled. This has forced people to work very long hours with bonus compensation removed for no reason.

Overall good. But there have been alot of stupid decisions by upper management. Getting rid of snacks, most of our meals gone. I understand cutting overhead but come on. Do things to keep your employees happy.

The amount of banter and freedom we have as employees. Keeps the energy up and mood happy.

Its a very open environment where people can say what they want and what they are feeling.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The healthcare package is quite good, some improvements could be made to add IVF coverage, coverage for drugs such as Wegovy and Zepbound, and maybe a more open optometrist network.
