AEVEX has been a good place to work so far however it seems BD works to award contracts without talking to the engineers. This creates losing FFPS and we take more work on with a they figure it out attitude. The extreme stretching of engineering resources has led to poor equip performance

The Pay is mid to high. But lacks the benefits of other companies.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are good about hiring people if we need them. They are bad at providing the tools to accomplish the job. Especially when it comes to bench level equipment like scopes.
