AEVEX is at its best when it can leverage its agility and quality decision makers to reward high performers and problem solve. It could stand to expand that philosophy to other areas, particularly benefits, i.e. let employees get a salary boost if they decline medical benefits

I'm happy with my salary and salary trajectory

The leadership team is engaged with managers at every level of the company and seems invested in clearing roadblocks when able.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a small, independent, and highly capable team. I trust the people around me to do quality work, foresee issues, and take initiative.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are trusted to operate and handle issues relatively independently. There's very little micromanagement and we have about the right latitude to take action as needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Supporting and being value-added to my team on contract. Bringing them good news from the corporate side while they work hard on important issues of national security is highly rewarding.
