This company does what I want to do, and happens to be able retain some good people who can help me do my chosen job. I will always welcome more pay, but a flexible schedule and the opportunity for overtime is worth quite a bit. I also know part of my flexibility comes from working on a capable team

Realizing the accumulation of small wins through frustration has paid off.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with great human beings who choose to do meaningful work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They let us get our job done with very little push and pull from outside our immediate project management team, who is very knowledgeable about what we need.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
While more pay is always better, I feel like the ability for overtime and flexible work hours increases the likelihood someone on my project stays with the company as long as their family or situation can permit the schedule.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We had a co-worker, a mission partner, who suffered extreme tragedy, and because the company is dedicated to the mission and its people they contributed money to support his family. It is good to work with folks that will support each other.
