Fantastic. I have yet to find a coworker that is not willing to get their job done. Everyone is highly motivated, gears turning towards success. It's great to work for a company where your able to interact with the E&C-teams, gives it the small company vibe.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The inspirational messages on the Calanders, the teamwork when problem solving, the open-door policies, and the art of transparency.

They are involved and aware of the floor activities to an extent. They are looking out for the team and the company

They are each individually motivated and driven to get the job done to the best of their sight and ability. They are accountable and dependable.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It was the snacks to be honest, but now it is the Tuesday lunches, especially since they have been ordering gluten free for me. I also appreciate the Bevi water machine and Nespresso coffee machine.
What makes you most happy at work?
When things are operating smoothly and our customers are at their peak happiness; We are ahead of schedule and under budget. If not those, just coming to work and engaging with customers and persons that are this motivated is enough to make me happy.
