Very satisfied. The leadership team and my management team are all very supportive and excited about our mission, and that definitely helps to keep morale and effort at a high level amongst the employees. Pay is good, work-life balance is good, and flexible working locations are a plus.

Salary is highly competitive, and PTO is good, especially for this part of the country

Being involved in a lot of different projects and tasks and always having something to do

We are making a positive impact for the warfighter, as well as trying to do some cutting edge engineering
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparent and communicative, they don't exist behind a wall that makes it difficult for the average employee to reach them at. I feel comfortable emailing if necessary.

Everyone is smart, curious, and willing to help. Everyone is also not afraid to show that they don't know something and are willing to ask for help
