Worst technology company out there, the way the treat people is a disgrace. Offer people the roles, make them resign from previous employer then leave you hanging.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Recruitment process is terrible, HR and Leadership do not care about what people think of them, they hide behind their image thinking they are a Leading Technology Company they are so arrogant
