I take on tons of tasks and according to the market, I am not where I should be.

My team knows the balance between working and socializing. We are willing to help one another and answer one another's questions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am able to take well-being days when I need a day to myself and I am offered pet insurance and care.

They are all very welcoming and the kind of people that greet you as you walk past or in an elevator ride.

From day 1 everyone was very welcoming and willing to answer any question I may have. They are very knowledgeable and caring individuals.
What makes you most happy at work?
No two days are the same and there is some event happening pretty frequently. There is also days where there is free food.

Since my first day, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. To this day, everyone is very kind and will say good morning to you as you walk past.

There are ERG at Choice Hotels which gives me the opportunity to network and connect with others across the company who share the same interests or background as me.
