I've been with the company long term. I'm unsure of what they think of me. I don't feel like my time in my job is valued. I feel like I'm seen as "if you've been there for so long, what is wrong with you". A sentiment stated by a previous boss. Don't feel that the right advancement there for me.

My boss always is positive about things.

Interacting with the customers often

Collaboration, Cohesiveness, I can always go to them for assistance
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Direct Level Report is awesome - Skip Level not so sure what direction we are going. They say that we are going in the right direction, but it doesn't feel that way sometimes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I constantly (years now) assist other areas needs due to vacant positions- I do the same or more work as a position just above mine, and am not compensated. I'm glad to have a job-but should it be that way? My boss states verbally appreciation. I don't feel secure to say anything.
