I am new to this kind of work, but I have very much enjoyed my team here and what I have been learning. I am taking valuable skills and applying them into every day work. I wish there was better training implemented in certain areas and baseline knowledge needed for each department/role.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along very well on a personal and professional level and work in collaboration on many tasks successfully.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team because I know we all get along and can find time to joke and chit chat while also getting our work done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel comfortable talking to any of them about problems and know that an answer will be found out if it is not already known.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work life balance is strong and I never feel any push back to take personal or vacation time which is night and day from my last job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Life has become incredibly expensive and it it hard to try and save to do other things down the line when my entire paycheck goes to rent or gas to get into the office now that more days are required.
