Overall experience is great! The fact that we have employees who have worked here 30+ years is fantastic. We have that knowledge and history to draw from, while we also have some very intelligent and talented individuals who are taking the company far into the next decades.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Extremely transparent and have a clear vision of where the company is headed and how we are going to get there.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're all hard workers and understand our jobs. Everyone gets along. Our boss is awesome. She leads by example, is extremely knowledgeable, and cares about our team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is a good amount, and the 401(k) company match is outstanding! To increase it this year, when so many other companies are decreasing benefits, was an excellent move.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open communication between individual contributors and management. It is a caring company, and concerned with social and global issues, not just what affects the bottom line. The culture is inclusive, but individuals not wanting to participate aren't forced into things they're not comfortable with.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy when I can contribute to the company in a positive way. I enjoy making improvements in my area that will make the overall company more resilient to bad things happening to it. On a personal side, I enjoy interacting with my teammates, both professionally and socially.
