What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Very accepting of different cultures and lifestyles, but at the same time it almost seems as if people are afraid to be themselves for fear of violating rules.

What makes you most happy at work?

Working from home. The days in office feel unbearably long and the commute to the office is very tiring and stressful. Three days in a row of in-office work is unnecessary and overly stressful. Would be fine with two days in office, Tuesday and Thursday.
