What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Choice promotes employee resource groups, which becomes a great outlet for associates to have some fun and learn about new perspectives/cultures
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Choice is very lean and associates are responsible for multiple high-priority projects at a time. Compensation/promotions are subjectively determined on a case by case basis. All associates should be treated equally and subject to the same process.
