I've worked here for almost a decade and the people and the culture have always been great. My only concern is with our culture moving forward. The company continues to acquire other companies in quick succession and I worry that the culture may be adversely affected by it.

I've worked at Consilio for more than a decade and I have no intention of leaving because I already work with the best people in the industry. I feel valued here, my work is appreciated, and I have great working relationships that I've built over many years.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I receive a quarterly bonus. Unfortunately, it's been late more often than not.

My colleagues respect one another and it's a very collaborative environment where people listen to each other and learn from each other.

Our team members truly are experts in their field. We are high performing and highly collaborative, and we work towards the same goal.

The people I work with are the best in the industry. It's easy to come to work when everyone is invested in what they're doing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are offered many opportunities to share our thoughts, ideas, and experiences with each other. It helps us to understand and get to know one another, which only strengthens our working relationships.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
FTO is great, but doesn't account for tenure (i.e., someone who has been with the company for one year can take the same amount of time off as someone who has been with the company for 10 years).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team promotes transparency, open lines of communication and teamwork. They value their workforce and as someone who has been with the company for over a decade, I appreciate their continued efforts to make Consilio a great place to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone who works at this company has a voice, and our leadership team continues to remind us of that. Opinions are shared and respected, feedback is appreciated, and we have open dialogues though our Affinity Groups, all of which promotes an inclusive environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their response to the pandemic was great and I am proud of the efforts they've made in the areas of diversity & inclusion as well as staying in front of current events and how they may affect us as a company and as people.
What makes you most happy at work?
The reason I've stayed at this company longer than any other company is because of the people. I truly enjoy working with my colleagues. Everyone is passionate about what they do and we all work at a very high level. I believe our experts are not only the best in the business, but also great people.
