Paid Time off is the best benefit.

What makes you most happy at work?

Having enough staff available to manage the workload so each patient gets individual attention and care.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Most of my co-workers strive to do their work in the most efficient way and help each other.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Employee satisfaction is at an all time low. So much pressure on managers to hire only part-time workers so the company doesn't have to give them benefits.Longtime employees are let go or demoted simply because they have worked their way up the pay scale & cost more than a new employee. No loyalty.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

It would help if our manager would step in from time to time and just settle minor disagreements so that employees don't have to prove which one is right by enlisting other co-workers to "take their side". Sometimes the boss just needs to tell them how it is and then to move on.
