Klaviyo Announces Launch of Initial Public Offering
I've been part of wild and very fast paced ride since I joined just over a year ago. We've accomplished a lot and set ourselves up to scale nicely. However, we're lacking a more strategic vision and get caught up too often in the needs of other people/departments. Our group needs a more clear vision
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with really smart and ambitious people. They show up ready to roll their sleeves up every day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We've got a really good group of people in the CS org and the Senior Leadership is great. We've navigated growth well and continued to keep people motivated and engaged.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There's general visibility into what they do and what they work on. It's good to see them virtually in company-wide meetings each week like BTN - more visibility is more inspiring.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base salary is really good - certainly better than I've been offered or had in similar roles at other tech companies. Equity is okay as well. We need more healthcare options, however.
What makes you most happy at work?
Career growth opportunities are abundant at Klaviyo. You can really shape what you want to do and how impactful you can be as long as you're willing to put in the effort and time.
