Klaviyo Announces Launch of Initial Public Offering
Overall the experience has been positive. The biggest area of opportunity is the people ops team. Our CPO has no idea about Klaviyo's culture and does not take an active role within the company. It's expected they would be the most visible executive however, ours is the least visible.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The equity is a great perk. People Ops have taken away good perks like the Virgin Pulse app which gamified working out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The CEO really encourages everyone to be continuously learning. He also really invests alot of time into making sure his employees are happy. The Chief People Officer has zero visibility in the company.
