Klaviyo Announces Launch of Initial Public Offering
When I started I really enjoyed the speed at which Klaviyo moved. As we continued to hire more people, that speed has slowed down and I feel that Klaviyo is experiencing growing pains. I have recently been questioning the scope of my role and how I can make the biggest impact.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling that I am helpful for the company and my co-workers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team. they are great people to hang out with when we are in the office. And they are very competent people when it comes to our work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone at Klaviyo is very friendly and willing to go out of their way to get to know people. I thought starting during COVID would make it hard to get to know my co-workers, but that has not been the case.
