Klaviyo Announces Launch of Initial Public Offering
At my previous job I was overworked, underpaid, not intellectually challenged and was constantly strapped for resources and bandwidth. My experience at Klaviyo has been the complete opposite and I could not be happier. Fantastic manager, great team, fun work, awesome benefits and fair pay.

They seem to be very committed to transparency.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team produces a high quality of work and has a very customer-centric mindset. We have a good team chemistry, even though we are all over the globe.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like that my manager gives me the autonomy to work how I want to work. She trusts my process, and allows me to have influence over proposing new/better processes for our team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Klaviyo's vision and mission is very clear. I feel like my job has a direct positive impact on customers and I get to be in a role that is kind of a hybrid of customer service, marketing and education. Always something new!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited paid time off is by far the best thing about our benefits. It is really nice to feel like if I need to take a day off, I'm able to and I don't have to barter with hours I haven't earned yet.
