Klaviyo Announces Launch of Initial Public Offering
I joined Klaviyo because they appeared to be employee-focused and so far that seems to be true. Pay-wise, probably a little on the lower end of average but I knew this going in. Excellent onboarding experience that I wish more companies did.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Klaviyo is one of the more employee-focused companies I have encountered. You see this through their extensive onboarding process and various perks. While not perfect, the engineering team has some great practices in place.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Book stipend. 401k vests immediately. Generous HSA contribution.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems customer-focused with a desire to win.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I have plenty of work to do.

They seem invested in the company and have a desire to learn.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They appear to be employee-focused, and appreciate a culture of learning. They also seem smart and willing to challenge the status quo.
