My team and direct leadership, unlimited PTO, on the job skill building, and the free book program, and 5.5 months of parental leave add to my overall positive experience. Constant executive leadership changes, no bonuses, and the expectation of doing the workload of 2 make me want to quit
What makes you most happy at work?
The fringe benefits. Free books, unlimited PTO, headspace, Braverly. The list goes on. And people are generally high energy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They try to be competitive with their pay. Unfortunately, they don't believe in bonuses and there are not a lot of options to earn equity
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very accessible, you see them around and they're in weekly meetings. We are very employee central, and everyone is focused on DEI efforts and employee engagement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's very focused on DEI efforts, and care about employee's thoughts around benefits and engagement. We regularly survey, and being in People Operations, I can say we take those options into account when choosing new programs/benefits
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is interesting, there are people from so many different backgrounds. Some self taught, others traditional education. One of our values is to be exceptional, and you can see that when interacting with your team. And everyone is very friendly and eager to meet people from different teams
