Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I began as a PCM, then CD and now ED so advancement has been great. I have been here 11 years and cannot imagine working anywhere else. I do feel that LHC pays less than our competitors, home office is paid well but on a local level the pay is very low making it difficult to hire and retain staff.

Kris Cummings and Mary Beth Hurbis are supportive, understanding and willing to provide any assistance to ensure that I am successful.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I may not specifically feel undervalued however my staff in all four offices have stated that they feel LHC does not value their employees. On a local level they do feel valued but monetarily a 2% raise annually is less than satisfactory due to inflation and tenure is not rewarded. Let's do better.
