Low tolerance for sharp elbows despite being a sales organisation. Collaborative work environment and an open and transparent communication to ensure there is clarity.

Seeing people around me develop and succeed every day. Seeing the momentum theyre getting in the work they do and the performance they have.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Bonus and Commissions are top in class. Theres no other software company that will pay out this much in % and bonus. But you do need to overperform. Which I've done consistently
What are some of the best things about your team?
Theyre all genuine and there are not cliques that are toxic. They focus on the task at hand but enjoy the office banter. Theres no dominant personality that stand out which also makes it easier to ensure the environment is consistent.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Genuine interest in my personal development and focused on providing clear action points to propel my career in the next steps. Also help me tie in company goals to personal ones and to help sift that down to the team I manage.
