It is a very challenging fast job. We are facing software products which changes almost every day. I love the global set-up and that we are working with colleagues all over the world. It teaches you extremely well though to take care of your work life balance and where to set boundaries.

What makes you most happy at work?
I got an interesting jobs and work with interesting coworkers and client. Plus, I get to interact with C-level people and have a good impact on my clients performance by how well I do my job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My teams leader does not solely follow up on company goals. I also feel heard when I have issues that affect my work performance. Eventhough we have ambitious goals, it is fair to say that our personal needs are heard and tried to accomodate.
