My overall experience with Meltwater has been good thus far. I feel the company is invested in my career growth, is future proofing and the atmosphere is fun & positive. That being said, I think there is always work to be done when it comes to diversity and inclusion.

The leadership team is aspirational - our CEO started in an entry level role and constantly looks forward to future proof our growth.

The best part is uncapped commission, but I think the company needs to do more to compensate entry level roles to be competitive
