Meltwater is like my first love, all my first experiences of the work-life I experienced at Meltwater and I'm glad Meltwater was my firsts. Being here is a mix of fun but challenging at times, fulfilling but it can be frustrating when we hit roadblocks but we manage. Overall, meaningful.

Whenever I solve problems, I feel a sense of achievement. Especially when I get recognition for it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My proposal for a income adjustment was not fully considered. I think being transparent about the company's roadblocks or challenges would help employees understand why a certain proposal cannot be done
