People have natual sense that any individual must be respected.

What makes you most happy at work?

To see and talk with my best teammates. To see a new excitements from what my teammates do at new challenge. To see how the team is contributing to Meltwater's future growth.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Strongly bonded team. Always pursuing excellence for clients. If you ask any one of the team if they enjoy, they answer yes without any time. The team respect its culture and shared value, through friendly communication based on mutual respects.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Review people's turnover one by one and thoroughly investigate what the root cause was. Individual comtributers should not be assigned as manager or executives, as they have issues in developing people and organization. Know that "sales" is one aspect of our entire business, not everything.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Sales or CS have not been able to sell right solutions when it comes to advanced social listening project or reporting solution. Needing my extra and volantary wirk to close deals, but that value add have not been paid properly, due to the existing KPI that is designed to award Sales orgs.
