Started rough with a loss for trust in the company. Did what I had to do infront of me and seeked to bring value for the team. Believing in the culture and vision took me to an opportunity I never expected, offered due to my strengths and personality. Here I am, learning fresh!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My change in position allowed me to be people first, and the OTE and additional bonus was laid out clearly.

Our team is new, but brings a diverse range of experiences. We are quick on action and can help eachother learn. The team is fun to work with
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
New leadership coming in, trying something new and drastic. I am very positive about the impact this may bring, as well as seeing buy-in from others starting from leadership.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having the accountability and freedom to be creative in my work. When "new" is valued, I believe it will enable our employees to drive their vision and find success in an ever changing environment of SaaS.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are passionate in their visions for Meltwater, Team, and self. There is a good bit of care and respect within each team as well. I like the focus on potential of the team and growth of the Japan business in the close future.
