It's been a great experience overall, I just wish that as a contractor we were able to get similar benefits to full-time employees or were able to be full-time employees while working from any US state.

As a contractor I don't get benefits. This is because I live in a state that meltwater doesn't hire out of.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The pay is good, and more than I expected. The work life balance is great, enabling me to spend quality time with my family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very transparent on what's going on. It helps us make the best decisions for yourselves and know where the company is going in the future.
