Doing work that makes me fulfilled. I get to see what I do translate into the real world and impact people.

They treat everyone as an equal. Egos are checked and there is real listening and collaboration at every level. It is refreshing to see.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive attitude. There is a lot of work to be done, but everyone is willing to collaborate and help out to make it happen. I always feel supported and heard.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There isn't a single lazy person. Everyone pulls their weight. Everyone wants to succeed and do their best. I feel invested to not only do my best, but help my team shine.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus structure. You are rewarded for the work you do and feel personally connected to the goals you have to reach. Other companies have goals that have nothing to do with your job and are hard to map objectives to. Here it is clear.
