I love working here. I feel valued and I was offered a great salary package. However, I would like job security because currently I am considered a contractor and I would like to fall under the label of employee so I will be covered by employment laws.

The basic pay and the leave credits, although I would be happier with yearly performance-based increase
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about some of my team members is that they are very knowledgeable and easy to pick up. But this does not apply to all team members.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the hands off approach of the team leaders because I work better with no micromanagement. I like that they are result-based and not constantly asking that I work every minute of my shift because I'm much more productive when I take short breaks.
