Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I have never felt less cared for as an employee at any job I've ever had. My team has been expected to take on more work and weather constant org changes without any recognition, increase in pay or even a conversation that makes me feel appreciated at work.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The ability to work from home

What is the best part about your compensation package?

My base salary is acceptable

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Better communication and respect for roles across the org.

What makes you most happy at work?

Solving a complex problem and teaching a customer something new

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Actually invest in their employees and treat them like humans

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Being able to work remote and having autonomy over most of my work

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There is nothing about the culture I find positive. The company has a very "white men", "sales bro" attitude

What is the best part about your compensation package?

There is not much as my team gets no bonuses, no commission or no raises, but the base salary is decent

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They seem to be very disconnected from the younger workforce in the U.S. and have no clue how to retain employees and make them feel valued.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The New business and commercial teams need to learn how to respect other people's roles and responsibilities as well as the differing time zones and work hours.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Clear communication, making it clear that they care about employees other than just commercial roles. Hire more diverse leadership. Use less aggressive language when it comes to selling/beating out competition.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Invest in your employees, promote diversity and actually work to diversity your leadership, research what the workforce actually wants in a company these days. Meltwater is so out of touch with the current workforce and what we want.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

As an employee, particularly an employee not in sales/commercial, I do not feel valued. The culture at MW is very off-putting and is the stereotypical toxic "bro" culture. The fix here would be to create a culture where team members feel safe & supported to call people out on toxic behavior.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have not received any raise, bonus, COL increase, or variable comp since I started over 3 years ago. We have been told for over 2 years that a variable comp aspect to our pay will be added but it still hasnt.Additionally, my team receives no recognition for our contributions,or even anniversaries
