I would say that my overall experience is positive at Meltwater. I have been provided with opportunities to grow and when I got sick, the company also helped me. When the next step didn't work out the management team were involved in finding a proper place for me. So I feel valued by the company!

Vibe in the team, positivity and variety of personalities and nationalities make our team very diverse.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The focus is primarily on business. There are no educational budgets available and there are few perks such as a gym subscription you can choose to spend your money on.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive and safe culture in the company are super positive. Room for people to change positions if they do not enjoy it and opportunities for growth once you have proven yourself.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
personal involvement of the leadership team Had a discussion with the Executive director of EMEA when big changes happened. The fact that a high level Executive takes the time for this says a lot about how involved Meltwater is.
