The drive to perform in order to get compensated, this gives me the feeling of owning my own ''business''.

The people are all eager to learn, but also feel the importance of making fun together. Hard work gives us the opportunity to also have fun together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The commitment on me as a person, the open culture to make mistakes and the learning opportunities. They all encourage me to grow and the guidance is genuine.
