I am feeling grateful to have this career chance and develop my professional (sales) skills.. I am thankful for the people, although sometimes I feel work takes over a little too much of my private life.. which would be better if I got compensation for it! Overall super happy though :)

The people and excitement of hitting targets etc. but also continuously learning and being able to learn a lot about sales and improve in my career!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone had a positive attitude and really feels passionate about what they are doing.. we are all having the same goals it feels like! you can always ask questions and learn from everyone.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel it would be better if I would be compensated for all the extra overhours and also if my base salary would be better.. also if there would be possibilities for remote working!
What are some of the best things about your team?
It feels like I am with a big group of friends.. everyone respects one another and I feel like there is no gossiping going on etc. It's just really inspiring to feel you can completely be yourself and still fit in!
