The people are wonderful to work with and the engineering is great. However, I don't feel that its people are valued enough by upper management.

Making employees feel valued. A lot of important people have decided to move on recently. Need to focus on more things than cutting costs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Adjusted for inflation, I am making less now than I did when I started. Since no one got a raise last year, and there is a maximum increase of 10 % raise, that increase was not enough to get me to the average of people on my level.
