Lots of work, lots of unnecessary administration work. Pay is not great and the benefits are almost non-existent. I was told I was doing a great job and they were happy with me, and a month after that I got told my contract was not going to be extended because they found someone cheaper.

A LOT. First of all make sure the offices are nice workplaces and don't treat people like trash
