Love the people and the daily challenge that comes w/ numerous accounts and a team around me. Work/life balance could be much better, and internal processes take up a lot of time. It's a cool job with fun people, and our clients (for the most part) find a lot of value in the services & consultation

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A more simple pay structure would be ideal. Either more achievable bonus/commission, or starting at a higher salary -- especially at management level
