It's a good place to work outside of college. But unless you want to work investment banking hours its nearly impossible to hit your quotas consistently and earn the income promoted in your offer letter.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a very young culture, but that has it's pitfalls (i.e lack of training and experience)
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recognizing we are humans and that we need a work life balance to be happy with the amount of work we do.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm constantly feeling stressed out and anxious. It affects me outside of work, its affects how I sleep and were extremely undervalued despite our work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Currently, the people I manage are making more money than me. There is no respect for our work/life balance especially from our executive team. We are never doing enough and always being asked to do more.
