What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
With Covid, we've been working from home and there's been great understanding and support of that transition from everyone. Coworkers feel like family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Meltwater has never been known to negotiate on base salary, and raises are seem to be given haphazardly. Base salaries to variable pay is around 50/50.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody is very friendly and wants to do well. Everybody is also pretty open about asking for help. We can crack jokes together, and it feels like we all get along.
