Overall have been personally happy, but there's some negative elements that are glaring. Too long work hours (start an hour earlier and finish 30 mins later than local and industry standard), too many outside of work hour events, boys club in senior leadership of white private school educated

Very cheery office environment, and not too much pressure to be corporate

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as if there is no roadmap for career progression for me. I am working beyond the scope of what I was hired for without appropriate remuneration to reflect that.

Make it up to market standard, and there is too much smoke and mirrors around what's required for a pay increase. Also it is not acceptable in my country to have super included in your wage, it's deceiving and poor form.
