I love my coworkers, team and colleagues. They are all fabulous people. Our customers are usually great to work with and I feel like our customers appreciate the work my team does. There can be a sales/quota-first mentality with some departments that can cause friction with our customers

Watching my employees grow into the great coworkers they have become.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I LOVE my coworkers, team, and direct management. They are all smart, capable and personable. It's my favorite part of my job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good vibes produce good vibes. Most colleagues I interact with from all departments and regions seem to be happy and easy to work with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel the leadership team makes it a point to be transparent and available. The monthly AMAs are a nice way to speak directly to them and get our questions answered.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like my pay is adequate at the moment, put has not kept up to what I feel is cost of living and inflation over the last 24 months. I feel like they plan on addressing this in the short-term so my opinion my change soon.
