I've been at the company for over 7 years - I have been given opportunities that I would have never received at another company - this has helped me develop both personally and professionally. That said, overall my experience has been positive with a few minor hiccups due to clashes with management.

The Meltwater social team is very mature, although knows how to celebrate and have fun at appropriate times.
What makes you most happy at work?
Speaking with reputable companies and giving them best practices on their media strategy for the future. Also, I love stealing business from our competitors :)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Meltwater Social's leadership team is the most trusting leadership team I have worked with in the company. I feel empowered to do my job without any micromanagement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about our culture is that everyone is on the same page that culture drives results. Therefore, we talk about it a lot and it remains to be an important part of each week.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation structure is fairly good, although a bit ambiguous at times. It's unclear how to earn a higher base and often there are times where I feel as if I am doing things / being asked of things outside of my pay-grade.
